Adam Aldama hails from Sacramento, California and graduated with his B.S. from University of Southern California in Sports Performance and Personal Training. Since that time he has worked as both professional athlete and personal trainer – working with many famous athletes and actors such as Will Smith. Furthermore he has published multiple books on fitness and leadership.

In 2021, she became involved in a lawsuit against Navarro College after one of her teammates allegedly sexually assaulted a student on campus. Later that year, she competed on Dancing With The Stars as part of Val Chmerkovskiy’s professional dancer team; ultimately placing sixth in competition.
