Early Life and Education
Adam Paul Plotch hails from New York City and has appeared in various commercials and short films. A graduate of NYU/Tish school of the arts, he has performed both theater and radio performances while also dabbling in voiceover and opera voice-over work.
He competed on Season 2 of American Idol; though his audition wasn’t broadcast live, it was featured on American Idol Rewind and featured “Baby Got Back” by Sir Mix-A-Lot as his performance piece before he was eliminated during Round One competition.
In May 2011, Plaintiff initiated this action to foreclose on Plotch’s mortgage on the subject property. Plotch obtained title via a Referee’s Deed issued during an earlier foreclosure action brought by a Condominium Board to enforce their lien for common charges; this deed granted him an equity of redemption which gave him standing to oppose this foreclosure action (See Deutsche Bank Natl Trust Co. v Tanibajeva [1st Dept 2015] for more).
