New Case Filed Against Courtney Fritz Pandolfi

Todd Spitzer, Orange County District Attorney, has announced a new case against Courtney Fritz Pandolfi, a former reality TV star and Orange County resident. Pandolfi has a criminal history that spans over 20 years, including multiple DUIs. She was sentenced to prison multiple times, but each time the sentences were overturned. Her license was suspended in the last year. Pandolfi’s arraignment is scheduled for Sept. 4.

In addition to the murder charges, Pandolfi has been charged with multiple DUIs and a felony DWI. She was previously convicted for DUI in 2008, 2015, and 2016. She is being held on $1 million bail and has not entered a plea or hired an attorney. Her mother, Adalyn Rose, is reportedly doing well. The case is still developing. Prosecutors will likely announce a new date for trial during the hearing.

Pandolfi faces a charge for homicide in addition to the DUI. Pandolfi is charged with killing Yesenia Lisette, who was 35 weeks old. Pandolfi also faces charges of driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended license. Yesenia Lisette Anguilar’s baby, Adalyn Rose is still in critical condition at UC Irvine Medical Center.

Courtney Frittz Pandolfi (40-year-old Garden Grove resident) has been charged with Yesenia Agular’s felony murder and driving under the influence of drugs. The charges stem from a DUI accident that occurred in January 2015.
