Daniel Beale grew up during the rise of DJ culture. His father ran one of Britain’s premier mobile DJ rigs and their home was filled with vinyl records.
He led Australia U21 men’s team at the 2013 Junior World Cup before soon after breaking into senior Kookaburras squad and winning silver in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Dan has spent 17 years in banking, providing commercial lending solutions for small businesses since 2009 as Chief Operating Officer at Beale Street Lending.
On Sunday, Louisiana’s top quarterback recruit in 2024 class committed to the University of Louisiana Ragin Cajuns over Tulane, Houston, Memphis and Colorado State universities. Two-time state champion from Catholic High School of Baton Rouge, Beale threw for 2,623 yards and 38 touchdowns last season.
Beale represents employers in litigation and administrative charges related to various employment-related issues. He advises clients on compliance with federal, state and local employment-related laws. Furthermore, Beale has experience negotiating and drafting employment-related agreements such as compensation packages and separation arrangements.
Achievement and Honors
Beale has garnered numerous All-District, All-Metro and All State honors during his two state champion seasons at Catholic High School of Baton Rouge and has recently committed to Louisiana’s Ragin Cajuns as an 2024 recruit.
He led Australia U21 team (Burras) at 2013 Junior World Cup before breaking into Kookaburras at World League Finals later that month. Later that year he became full member of senior national squad before competing at 2014 Commonwealth Games where Australia earned gold.
Since 2004, he has been an integral member of the Kookaburras squad, drawing inspiration from their 2004 Olympic gold medal-winning Australian team in Athens to play hockey. Although in 2020, due to hip surgery he missed Tokyo 2020 altogether; its postponement proved beneficial in more ways than one.
Personal Life

In this capacity, he represents employers in litigation proceedings, administrative charges proceedings and government investigations in all manners of employment disputes, while providing advice regarding compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations.
After leading Australia U21 team at 2013 Junior World Cup, he broke into senior side in early 2014. At Azlan Shah Cup 2018, Australia won gold and has been an integral member of Kookaburras squad ever since.
Beale family history dates back to 16th-century Birmingham when Beales and several Unitarian families dominated society and business affairs of Birmingham.
Net Worth
Beal amassed his wealth through banking and real estate investments. In 1994 he established Beal Aerospace to commercialize space cargo transport; however, after NASA switched back to rocket-borne freight transport this venture was discontinued in 2001.
Beale started his rugby union career at St Joseph’s College Hunters Hill where he represented both first XV and Australian Schoolboys representative teams before making his Waratahs debut against ACT Rams in January 2007.
Beale signed a two-year deal with Melbourne Rebels in 2012, joining fellow Test players James O’Connor and Nick Phipps at inside center. Beale’s reputation lies with his speedy running ability; goal kicking however has never been his forte.
