He leaves behind his wife Ashley Hutchinson Nunn; parents Scotty & Lisa Nunn; brother Mitch Nunn; father-in-law & mother-in-law Todd & Kim Hutchinson; aunts, uncles, cousins & other family members as well as special friend Wes Spillers as well as Copper and Fenn (his fur babies) along with many friends and colleagues.

He has experience in construction litigation, insurance defense litigation, complex civil litigation and business law – and also serves as counsel-of-record at both the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and United States Supreme Court. His clients include large corporations, insurance companies and private individuals; he’s a member of both Florida Bar and Super Lawyers since 2010 (based out of Jacksonville Florida).
