Dr. Gibber is a board-certified physician and Director of General/Comprehensive Otolaryngology at Montefiore-Einstein Medical Center in Manhattan. His clinical focus lies in diagnosing and treating nasal/sinus conditions, breathing disorders, ear issues, swallowing/throating problems and tonsillitis.

Before joining Sinclair, he worked for Gordon Feinblatt LLC in Baltimore, Maryland. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law with honors and was awarded magna cum laude – Order of the Coif. Additionally, he is a member of the Bar of Maryland.

He served as chairman of the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce and president of the Plant City Lions Club.

He and his wife Rose Gibber were deeply committed to their community. He served on the boards of both East Hillsborough County Law Enforcement Appreciation Foundation and Plant City Rotary Club, among other organizations.
