Dave has been certified a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court and has tried over 45 cases to verdict across five states (New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Arizona).

His practice encompasses the representation of manufacturers, retailers and distributors of a wide range of products such as pharmaceutical and medical devices, consumer goods, food, heavy industrial machinery, airplanes, outdoor power equipment and gas grills. Furthermore, he has extensive toxic tort experience; defending claims arising out of exposure to asbestos, silica, paint products, graphite carbon, diacetyl and industrial solvents.

Early Life and Education

After graduating his undergraduate studies, David Osterman decided to pursue a career in law. He joined Goldberg Segalla LLP of Princeton, New Jersey and is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial lawyer.

He specializes in handling a wide range of complex civil litigation, such as commercial disputes, product liability cases and class action suits. He represents clients before state and federal courts nationwide.

TwoTwo Motorsports began in 2011 and Osterman managed it until June of last year – a sudden closure that came as a shock to him after many years in motorsports. Yet his passion never wavered despite having spent so much time with their team over those many years and loving every minute of it.

Dave enjoys spending his free time boating and RV-ing around the country, as well as reading books with a glass of wine in hand.

David currently works as a clinical orthotist at Barnes and Children’s Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia. His expertise encompasses cranial facial, spinal and neuromuscular bracing. As an ABC certified orthotist and pedorthist, he is involved with two national organized clinical trials on clubfoot orthotics for pediatric patients and belongs to both the American Orthotic Association and Orthotics and Prosthetics Association.
