Prior to founding Class VI, David founded CapitalValue – a firm providing valuation services. Additionally, he assisted several start-up companies and ran the strategic business unit at JD Edwards.

Established in 2005 with the mission to help entrepreneurs maximize their investment of time, energy and money into their companies, this platform has since grown into one of the premier mid-market financial services providers worldwide.

Tolson founded Capital Value to perform business valuations and has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and merger and acquisition consulting. He also led an exemplary strategic business unit at JD Edwards – an enterprise resource planning software provider.
