Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert Are Engaged!

Hayley Erbert and Derek Hough first met on DWTS 2015 The couple met as dancers on the show and fell in love. They were engaged in 2015 Erbert was so excited that she didn’t remember any of the words they said, but she does remember crying and hugging Hough. It is obvious that the couple had a secret desire to marry, but Erbert didn’t know Hough would propose.

Erbert, originally from Wisconsin, moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a professional dancer for Pitbull, Julianne Hough and Paula Abdul. Erbert was also on the “Dancing with the Stars” live tour and competed against Hough and fellow contestants. In addition to being a celebrity partner, Erbert has appeared on several TV shows and on various reality shows.

The two met at a dance show in 2014, when Erbert was a troop dancer. They became a couple the following year, and Erbert joined Derek Hough’s DWTS cast in 2016. They reconnected in 2017 as DWTS contestants. The couple had been dating for a few months before Derek announced the engagement. Initially, Derek and Hayley kept their relationship private, but after several years of dating, Hough revealed that he wanted to marry Erbert.

The couple first met on the Dancing With the Stars set in season 4. After dating for a few months, the couple met again on the set of Dancing with the Stars. Their Instagram accounts show that they’re still very much in love and plan to tie the knot in the near future. The couple lives in Los Angeles with four rescue dogs. COVID-19 restrictions will be lifted in September 2021. During one of their performances at the Venetian, Derek joked that they’d marry in Las Vegas.
