Counter-Strike’s Liam Reeves Memorial Tournament

Sundzhino from East Maitland NSW Australia has passed away. A memorial tournament will be hosted by the Counter-Strike community to honor him with all entry fees being donated directly to his family.

Liam began honing his glassblowing skills at the Royal College of Art (RCA), and now explores pivotal techniques from glassblowing’s two millennia of history – such as mould blowing techniques used in ancient Rome or goblet making techniques employed during Renaissance Venice.

Early Life and Education

Liam Reeves attended Maitland Grossman High School and demonstrated strong interests in music, rugby league, and online gaming; becoming well known in the e-sports community by his online gaming handle ‘Sundzhino’.

He grew up in Ballymena, Northern Ireland, and made his acting debut at Lyric Players Theatre before transitioning to Dublin’s Abbey Theater. Since then he has appeared in a number of films like Schindler’s List as well as receiving a Golden Globe nomination for Kinsey.

Reeves is a four-star recruit who has already earned offers to play for Temple, Connecticut, and Villanova – three national champions that won national titles last season. Tom Nelson who coached him both at school and Mass Rivals claims that Reeves possesses all of the required length, size, and skillset for success in the NBA.

Professional Career

Early in his career, he earned wide acclaim for his roles in films like Arthurian fantasy Excalibur and drama The Bounty. Over time he became a regular in action thrillers such as Batman Begins and Kinsey, while also taking on more dramatic roles like in Schindler’s List and historical drama In the Name of the Father.

More recently, he has focused on reinvestigating central techniques from glassblowing’s two millennia of history, and demonstrating them at public events, universities, and museums such as London’s Victoria & Albert Museum. His research explores ways ancient glassmaking methods may be applied to contemporary designs; his artwork has been collected internationally.

Achievement and Honors

Reeves has proven himself an adept three-point shooter this season, leading the team with 71 made 3-pointers and posting 11 double-figure scoring contests as well as eight 20-point games – tied for most by any Kentucky bench player during John Calipari’s tenure.

Reeves was inducted into the National Honor Society and served on his school’s equity club. Additionally, he mentored elementary students through Pepi for two years. Furthermore, Reeves excelled academically – winning all four years of high school the school’s student choice award!

He competed for Saint Anselm at four meets this season and earned both the Northeast-10 Fall Commissioner’s Honor Roll and Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll honors for his efforts. He competed in cross country, outdoor track & field and indoor track & field.

Liam Reeves (Sundzhino), from Maitland NSW Australia and an active online gaming community member and Counter-Strike player, had created this campaign in order to raise money for funeral expenses. All funds collected will directly go back into his family.

Reeves was an amazing father to Shanna Frank, Benjamin Reeves and Deanna Reeves as well as Grandad to Brayden William Reeves and Luke William Reeves. He leaves behind an extended family as well as many friends that he will surely miss dearly. We all take comfort knowing he will always be remembered fondly by all. He will truly be missed.
