Noah B. Yavitz is currently a partner in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Litigation Department after previously holding positions within their Tax Group. He holds memberships in both bodies: American Bar Association and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals as well as Fellowship with both The American College of Trial Lawyers and Inner Circle Advocates; in addition he is also an Order of Coif Fellow as well as Kirkland & Ellis Scholar as well as Olin Fellow for Law & Economics from University of Chicago.
