His career path has not been without challenges; injuries and emotional challenges to confront. Yet despite this adversity he remains focused on his pursuits and continues to strive forward; for this dedication to excellence he was honored as an ACC Honors Scholar last year.

Jonah Hill was raised in an upper middle-class neighborhood of Los Angeles by parents – both working in fashion while his father served as tour accountant for Guns N’ Roses – so entertainment was always part of his life.

After appearing in several comedy films, Hill first found success when his breakthrough role came in Judd Apatow’s 2007 film The 40-Year-Old Virgin. Since then, he has continued his comedic roles on TV shows like Knocked Up, 21 Jump Street and Get Him to the Greek.
