The Oliver 1750 is a 2WD or 4WD row-crop tractor from the 50 series. Powered by either a gas or diesel engine, it features six forward gears and two reverse gears as well as hydraulic power shift transmission.

Early Life and Education
Oliver Oliver was raised in an environment filled with public service; his father Roger served as colonial governor from 1750-54 and after graduating Yale at the top of his class in 1747 he began practicing law in Litchfield County.
Prior to the Revolutionary War, he spent large portions of each year serving in militia duty, eventually rising through the ranks from captain to major general. During battle of Brooklyn he led one regiment while later leading hundreds of Connecticut volunteers against General Burgoyne at Saratoga in October 1777.
Oliver received only limited formal education; however, he learned Latin and Greek from his mother and tutors. Furthermore, he read widely and became an expert on international law; additionally he was knowledgeable of classical texts and philosophy.
Achievement and Honors
Oliver Cromwell was an influential politician, soldier, and statesman in England during the English Civil War and Lord Protector for England, Scotland, and Ireland during their republican Commonwealth. His paternal family in Huntingdonshire had helped secure numerous tracts of former monastic land. He attended local grammar schools before enrolling at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge; studying there for only a year due to caring for his widowed mother and siblings before having to leave to care for himself and them. Lincoln’s Inn in London offered country gentlemen the opportunity to develop some legal knowledge; Lincoln later went on to become Connecticut’s agent in Britain as well as being elected into Parliament several times; devout Anglican who supported their church actively
Personal Life
He had an extensive literary knowledge, was fluent in several languages, and wrote both prose and verse. Furthermore, he collected manuscripts for research purposes as a scholar; publishing several works related to these fields of endeavor.
Prior and during the Revolutionary War, he was active in militia service, serving both as captain and then major. Additionally, he held positions as representative, member of council, and judge of probate.
Oliver married twice and had six children from each marriage: Laura Collins Wolcott bore two sons for Oliver; after her death he married Sarah Sheldon and had another four sons together with her. Oliver rests in Litchfield’s East Burying Ground while his portrait is among those of 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence displayed at Washington DC’s U.S. Capitol Rotunda rotunda.
