Raquel McNabb is married to Donovan McNabb, former NFL quarterback. They share four children: daughter Alexis, twin daughters Sariah and Donovan Jr, and son Devin James.

She established the Caris Sports Foundation to level the playing field for kids living in Arizona and other parts of the U.S.

Raquel McNabb and Donovan McNabb, former NFL quarterbacks themselves, recognized that not everyone has the means to realize this dream and founded Caris Sports Foundation to make that possible.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education as well as two master’s degrees, one from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs where she served on its Advisory Board and various charities.

Raquel Nurse McNabb, wife of Donovan McNabb (retired NFL quarterback), serves as Executive Director at Caris Sports Foundation – a non-profit she and Donovan co-founded in 2019.

They have two children, Alexis and Sarah. Alexis currently plays basketball for Syracuse Women’s Basketball while her niece Kia represents Connecticut Huskies as well as Canada Women’s National Basketball team.

She played for Syracuse Orange women’s basketball from 1995-1998 as point guard and earned Big East All-Star honors three times. She graduated with degrees from both Maxwell School of Public Affairs and University of Pennsylvania’s Master’s Programs for Educational Policy; being an avid supporter of her alma mater she has donated money towards various initiatives there.

Raquel McNabb, commonly known as Roxi, was a star point guard for Syracuse Orange women’s basketball team. She earned two MVP awards and Athlete of the Year honors before making the Big East Academic All-Star Team three times. Additionally, Roxi earned both her Master of Public Administration from Syracuse and her second Masters from University of Pennsylvania’s Educational Policy program.

McNabb and her husband are staunch supporters of youth sports. She founded the Caris Sports Foundation to raise money to remove financial barriers for kids to participate in athletics.

Lexi McNabb recently helped her Arizona high school team reclaim the Class 4A state title. Additionally, she plays AAU for Kia Nurse Elite EYBL 17U squad.

Raquel McNabb is married to former NFL quarterback Donovan McNabb and was named Big East Athlete of the Year for women’s basketball in 1997 while serving as point guard on Syracuse Orange women’s team – winning it twice! Kia Nurse plays college basketball for Connecticut Huskies as well as competing on Team Canada for women’s national basketball at 2018 Winter Olympic. McNabb also serves as Executive Director for Caris Sports Foundation which raises money to remove financial barriers that prevent children from participating in athletics.
