For appetizers, we tried Hudson’s clam chowder, which had a salty but not overly cream-based flavor and lots of long clam strips. We also tried their Crispy Calamari, which was made with Montauk squid and served with a green curry sauce that was a nice change from the usual tomato-based cocktail sauce. For dinner, we ordered Fish & Chips and had a hearty, tasty plate of fish and chips. The fish was fresh and tasted like it was caught minutes ago.
