Tennessee Vols Sign Cornerback Steve Arnoux

Steve Arnoux excelled as a defensive back at Milton High School, making him an invaluable addition to Tennessee’s secondary.

He participated in all 13 games this season… He tied for the team lead with three fumble recoveries… Made 27 tackles (including 16 solo stops and 1.5 tackles for loss), recorded one pass breakup and broke up an interception.

Early Life and Education

Steve Arnoux hails from Alpharetta, Georgia and attended Milton High School. On3 had recognized him as one of the premier cornerback prospects nationwide and announced on Friday his intent to commit to Tennessee Volunteers as his college choice.

He is accused of trying to buy guns using counterfeit money, and when the gun seller realized this was false money he opened fire fearing for his safety – hitting 17-year-old Steve Arnoux who subsequently succumbed to injuries sustained from being struck by one of these bullets and later died from them in hospital.

Raul Araujo has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder for the shooting death of an 18-year-old student at a Hialeah shopping center parking lot on September 24. Araujo was arrested without bond at that time.

Professional Career

He was part of Jason Kreis’ diamond midfield during his six season stay at RSL, scoring 11 goals and contributing 5 assists while being part of Jason Kreis’ diamond midfield – but was not offered an initial starting role before leaving for Liga MX side Queretaro FC in 2012.

Last week, he was arrested for his participation in a botched armed robbery attempt of an electronics store at Hialeah shopping center parking lot and is being held without bail pending an evidentiary hearing on Monday.

Personal Life

At present, he lives at 66 Treasure State Drive in Great Falls, Montana and is reported as being single, not having any children and no known relatives or siblings (but may have).

Shooting occurred in the parking lot area of Target store in Hialeah, Florida. Police believe Araujo and Arnoux met up with an individual at the store who offered guns for sale; when Araujo attempted to pay using counterfeit money instead of real currency however, their seller pulled out his gun from his waistband and opened fire, fatally wounding both teens.

Fearing for his life, the victim fired upon both teenagers, killing Arnoux while wounding Araujo as well. The shooter is currently in custody. This case is being investigated by the FBI. Additionally, Magistrate Judge Walker issued her Final Report and Recommendation (“R&R”). Defendant objected to this R&R but this objection has been overruled by this Court.
