The Jodways assert that when it rains, storm water and run-off from their property (and those of Luyckx and Haire) pollutes Lake Charlevoix with E. coli bacteria, nitrates, and nitrites.

State of Mine, a metal band from Laingsburg, Michigan has shared the stage with Black Label Society, Adelitas Way, Powerman 5000, Saliva and 3 Years Hollow. Jodway alleges that when she informed the City about her situation, they claimed they had an agreement between herself and Haires that allowed them to drain storm water and run-off through their property; she asserts this pollutes her land while also contributing to soil and beach erosion.
Jodway submitted a notarized affidavit in support of her motion for summary judgment, asserting that she has read her brief, which includes all relevant facts, and is competently capable of testifying to them as needed if called as a witness.
Steve Jodyway is an experienced healthcare financial professional with expertise in accounting, cost reporting and analysis, business strategy and the Medicare Administrative Contractor program. His extensive experience working with Medicare Administrative Contractors to optimize reimbursement rates across various hospitals and other healthcare providers includes working closely on cost report optimization engagements assisting hospitals prepare and optimize cost reports; reviewing structures statistical allocations data analysis to ensure adequate reimbursement of hospital departments ambulatory surgical centers or ancillary services.

Steven Jodway is an American metal musician and vocalist best known as the frontman for Michigan metal band State of Mine, founded in 2010 and touring nationwide since their debut EP Devil in Disguise was released. Their debut EP featured buzzsaw guitar riffs with thunderous drum beats and Jodway’s characteristic gritty, devilish voice as the album reached critical acclaim – eventually charting on Billboard 200 charts as a critically acclaimed release. Additionally, Jodway has performed with other notable acts such as Black Label Society and Adelitas Way among many others.
Jodway also owns and runs a metal band called State of Mine from Laingsburg, Michigan, established in 2010. Since 2010, State of Mine has served as support act to national acts such as Black Label Society, Adelitas Way, Powerman 5000 Flaw and 3 Years Hollow.
Jodway filed a notarized affidavit in her case claiming she has read her brief in support of her summary-judgment motion and opposing Capital defendants’ cross-motion for summary judgment, that its contents are true and accurate according to her knowledge and belief, and that she can testify competently regarding them. Jodway alleges the DEQ sent someone out to inspect drainpipes at her lakefront property but did not take any appropriate actions against it.
She leaves behind her husband Leon; seven children Larry Jodway, Darryl Jodway, Douglas Jodway, Vicki Jodway, Steven Jodway and Bradley Jodway as well as one sister named Avis Blasczienski; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
