After receiving information, Sandy Springs Street Crimes Unit detectives located Tanquevious Cetuan Lucas celebrating his birthday at Ray’s on the River restaurant where they found him armed with an extended magazine holding 29 rounds containing 29 round gun. Lucas was charged with possession by convicted felon and criminal street gang activity by both units of Sandy Springs police.

Professional Career

Tanquevous Lucas hails from a basketball-rich family background. As the son of former NBA player John Lucas and Deedgra Lucas, he boasts excellent court vision, decision-making abilities, and can get teammates involved quickly and efficiently.

Lucas recently signed with London City Royals in the BBL league.

Atlanta Police Department Gang Unit informed Sandy Springs’ Street Crimes Unit about a wanted gang member named Lucas with multiple aggravated assault warrants who was possibly in the area. Tanquevious Cetuan Lucas, 22, was arrested last week following an Atlanta shooting and criminal street gang activity.
